H1 transfer

Hi,
I applied for H1 through a consultant this year. Now i have got an full time job. I am not yet in the consultant's payroll. I wanted to know the procedure to get my H1 transferred to the new job. Can i get it transferred?

Where are u located now? Was that H1 applied as COS or as consular processing?

I am currently in US on H4. Consular processing is not applied yet

Was your H1 approved as COS? When was the start date? If you are not getting paid from the start date, Then you are out of status and it's not possible to transfer as well. You need to have Atleast 3 latest pay slip for the transfer.
