H1b visa renewal - need your help/inputs
Hi Friends,
I got stamped from client A :
petition is valid up to - 2015
H1b VISA got expired ....on 31-DEC-2013
For H1B VISA Renewal LCA change is mandatory for Client B
IF LCA Change is approved for 12 months can i go for 3 years H1B VISA Stamping......
what is the procedure for H1B Renewal.....
