H4 to H1 possible?

Hi members,

Currently, i'm on H1 and planning to get married!!My question is, can my wife convert her status from H4 to H1 if she wants to work in USA? She has been working in India since last 3-4 yrs in IT. Please let me know.

It is certainly possible. She needs to find an employer to sponsor her H1.
