I have done an online Masters of science degree from California State university. I was not eligible for F1 or OPT.
Am I eligible for advanced degree exemption cap (20,000) for fiscal year 2014?
When can i apply for my H1B?

It it accredited course?

Yes it is an accredited course(Accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges) and from California state university but was online.
Can I apply for H1b under advanced degree exemption cap ?
