Hello,
Good Evening & my greetings!!My name is James and had a question about my H1-B case extension.My employer has applied for my H1-B extension in Vermont center.The case was sent to USCIS via Federal Express on 01/21/2014 & USCIS received the package on 01/22/20104 @ 12:25PM & have the FedEx tracking number as well. We haven't yet received the receipt notice and now want to now upgrade to premium processing.
1. May I know by what time normally a receipt notice is sent to the attorney who files the case on behalf of the employer
2. Is there any way to get to know the receipt notice by an attorney contacting the USCIS as it almost 3 weeks we haven't received it after USCIS receiving the package
Please advise me.Thank you
