H1B Consular Processing - Fact

Hi,

I am working in US on L1, my L1B Visa and petition expired in Jan 2014 while my I-94 is still valid till Nov 2014. my question is

a) My current employer is applying H1B for 2015 fiscal in Consular processing can I stay and work in USA till the time my I-94 expires. Will this affect my fresh H1B Consular processing. Pls. advise.

Yes you can continue to stay and work till Nov 2014 as logn as your 5 Year term of L1 is not getting over before Nov 2014. It wouldn't affect your H1 processing.
