Hi All,
My petition was filed in 2006 and i travelled in 2008 and stayed for 4 years. My visa expired on March 2013. there are 2 years left in my H1b visa.
I ve not changed the employer. I want to know what is the Fee for filing a out of cap (cap exempt) visa now because my manager tells me that its very expensive than a normal H1B. But another friend of mine said its cheaper that a fresh H1B.
Can you please let me know whats the fee for filing a Cap Exempt expired H1B visa?
