Regarding Job change in March, just before H1 B filing, currently on OPT/F1

Hi all,

I am on OPT ( Stem extension ) and my current employer is about to file my H1 B Visa and for which they are currently applying for my LCA but just now a better Job offer poped up and they are ready to file my H1 B as well. I need an advice that is it safe to do the transition at this stage? If LCA by current employer is approved and the next employer will apply for second LCA, is there a chance of it being rejected as one is already approved?
