Hi friends,

Please reply for this query.If employer cancel our H1B, how many days we can stay at maximum in U.S. After the cancellation of H1B by the previous employer, it is possible for another employer to apply for new H1B and we continue to stay here.

Hi Suresh,
If your H1B petition is cancelled, you will be out of status from that moment onwards. If you have a H1B transfer pending, I think you will have a chance of still maintaining status. Do verify with an attorney.
