Hello,
Yesterday USCIS site inspector came to my client place and audited me. Everything went well and there shouldn't be any problem in the future, but I just have few questions;
1. How do we know that we are done with the audit and there is nothing for me or my employer to act on? Will we be notified about the status?
2. Will this be a problem if I need to switch employers in the near future?
3. What happens after few months if USCIS issues a notice to my present employer and I have switched my company in the mean time?
Are these audits common? What percentage of people get audited?
