Wrong information in DS160

Hi,

I am in USA on H4 Visa. Last time when my husband filled my DS160 by mistake he selected 'No' for question - Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?, but I was already post-graduate at that time.

Now again I am going to visit india and I need to go for my H4 - visa re-stamping. What should I mention this time the same education level or my correct education qualification details?

Will this impact my visa stamping?
Will they match my new DS160 with my previous DS160?

Please help ASAP.

Better to correct it and if asked tell that it was a mistake previously which was realized much later.
