H4 Dependent Visa
Hi,
I have a very unique issue on processing my wife's and kid's dependent visa (H4). I and My wife had given our last names (Father's name) while registering our marriage in which mine was misspelled. The spelling of my last name differs from the one on my Passport. The worst part is I am in U.S and would like to bring my wife from India who is yet to apply a passport.
My question here is:
> What is the procedure for correcting the name on our Marriage certificate?
> Will this different name make a big difference while processing the passport and Visa for my dependents???
