Got new I 797A with validity shrinked by 1 year
Hi,
Recently my employer did file H1B amendment for my location and salary changes. Today i got the new I797A with old I94 number. New I 797a is valid through Feb 2015.
My old I797B was valid through Aug 2016.
I94 was valid through Aug 2016.
Visa is valid through Aug 2016.
Employer filed it only for location and salary changes. Now as the validity got reduced by 1.5 years what should i do now? Would i need to apply for extension after Feb 2015?
