Entering US 1 month before Visa Expiring on I-94

Hi All,

First of all I appreciate whatever time you spend on reading or replying to many posts.

Now my scenario:

I have Visa stamped (I-94 date) in my pass port until Sep 24th, 2014.
I have received visa extension(Approved I-797) for 2 more years.
And I am planning to travel to India in the month of July(15th)-August(19th), 2014.

So question is:
What if I travel back to US without going through re stamping? Are there going to be any issues at Port of Entry?
If Yes, then should I prepone to my trip to India (I can only prepone for a month).

Entering US 1 month before Visa Expiring on I-94

Technically, you will get new I 94 based on your visa expiry date and you are good enough to travel back without appearing for new stamping.

However, If I am you, I would try to prepone travel for safer side.
