Hi,
My new employer applied for H1 transfer for me under premium processing.
Today i received the notification saying petition is approved and status was showing under Post decision activity. After couple of hours, the status changed back to Decision. But the petition still says approved.

How can this happen? Is this unusual? My employer is asking me to resign n join them asap. What should I do? How many days will it take to get actual hard copy of approval?

I am really worried and tensed. Kindly advice me.

If you are sure that the petition is for you and if it's approved, I don't think any issues. But why is your employer is pushing you to join immediately? Why can't he allow you to wait for another few more days for smooth transition?

Usually the new employer wants people to join with once the petition is approved. They have also forwarded me the email of receipt notice received from uscis. It also has the start and expiry date of the petition.
