H4 and L1B/H1B - URGENT!!!

Hi,

I would applying for H4 visa this week. All my documents are ready. I am working with an IT MNC in India. Also, i have got a NOC letter from my company.
However, there are chances that my company may file my H1B or L1b in coming two / three months.

Would this H4 visa be a problem then?

Would I be asked any questions during L1B/H1B that i have a H4 visa with me and why am i going for L1B etc.

No issue. I doubt any visa officer would ask that. Many have H4 as well as H1/L1B in their passports.
