Anyone heard of precision technologies corp, kendall park, nj, who ask for 'caution' money to be put by employee for new H1-B processing. Keep attorney fees in case of not getting through lottery, and same old stuff?

Another company Access Technology Solutions, Inc., West Madison St., Three First National Plaza, Suite# 1400, Chicago. They are asking for same to get H1-B.
