Hello,
This is my first time filing for H1B application. I was told by my attorney that the paystubs I sent him for January and early February is enough as a supporting material.
But I thought I had to submit the latest ones. I have a late Feb paystub and I'm getting my first week of March paystub next week so I thought I would send him these two more paystubs, but since he said he doesn't need them, I don't know what to do.
Are paystubs from Jan and early Feb (first week of Feb) enough or should I listen to my attorney and just forget about submitting my March paytubs?
