RFE for H4 extension

Hi

My i-747 was approved on 24th Oct 2013 and next on 30th Nov 2013 i have applied for my husband H4 visa extension.. Yesterday i have received a RFE document from USCIS and they are asking us to submit evidence to substantiate my claim that the delay was due to extraordinary circumstances beyond my control.

Actually we don't have any strong reason and evidence for delay. What are the other best way's to respond USCIS to get my husband's H4 approval.

Do you mean to say that your husband's I-94 expired but still you didnt file for extension, but in fact filed it much later?

If you dont have a reason for this delay then am afraid that your spouse would have to leave US, get H4 stamped and return.

Couldyou please update on what happened to the H4 application? What reason did you give? Did the USCIS approve it?
