Hi,
I'm having my H1B visa which is getting expired March 12th along with my I-94. My employer filed the h1b extension under premium processing on Feb 20th, but i haven't received neither the receipt nor the approved petition till now. But my spouse received her receipt number by Feb28th, which is still showing as initial review in uscis site.
1) Can i continue to work from March 12th legally if i do not receive the receipt?
2) Can i stay in US at all since my I94 also expires?
3) Can i bring my parents in B2 visa with her(my wife) receipt number?
Kindly help me in this regards and the action to be taken, thank you.
