no pay stubs for h4 please help...

hi,
my wife and son are attending the interview for H4 Stamping at chennai.

my problem is,I was in bench for first three months after I joined this company

i have pay stubs only last 3 months.i dont have first 3 months paystubs

what she has to tell if visa offices asks about these period?

Has anybody has the same query and if so how did you answer it.

Hi Ravi,
It is better that you and the company address this issue on separate letters even without the consulate giving you a query on it. Also do not forget to counsel your wife on what she should say to this question. Legally, from the moment you are employed by the employe, you should get payment in accordance with the law.
