Dear Friends,
My current H1B is due to expire this year end, I am thinking about applying for an extension in next month in premium processing and attend stamping with current and new extension - Both I797's. Will this be any problem?, will i get my visa stamping with the validity period until the expiry of my new extension. Please help me to clarify this....
