B1 to H1B COS
Hi, Case - My employer is filing a fresh new H1B for me & H4 for my wife this year. And he is asking me to travel in May on B1 visa for some business meetings & other discussions. My Question is - if my h1b gets approved, can I convert my B1 to H1b with COS? If I am entering US after H1B is filed does that make any problems? Any complications involved? Any help/suggestions/answers will be appreciated. Thanks
