    Minimum H1 visa validity required for a dependent to travel to USA

    Hello,

    I hold H1 Visa which expires on 30-Sep-2014 and my dependent H-4 interview is planned around last week of May-2014. My concern, will it be okay for my dependent to go for the stamping process as my VISA expires in another 4 months. On my return, I would be filing my H1- renewal. Thanks
