H1B rejected after 2nd RFE

Hi Team,

I am having H1B JAN 2013 approved from EmployerA but didn't travelled to US.
I have changed company and my 2nd employerB submitted new Petition and it was denied recently after 2nd RFE.Yet to know the reason.
Can I re submit new the petition? Please suggest me what can I Do in any ways?

You can find a new employer to file a new cap exempt petition OR ask existing employer to re file a new cap exempt petition taking care to avoid the same mistakes as this time which gave rise to 2 RFEs.
