H1 Transfer - H4 extension pending
My current Employer A filed my dependent H4 extension which is still under processing.
H4 is expired 3 months back, so technically H4 is currently dependent on the approval filed by Employer A
Meanwhile I got offer from Employer B
My question is if Employer B starts my H1b transfer, what will happen to H4?
If I leave Employer A before H4 is extended, I will not get the H4 approval copy.
Worst case if there is a RFE, Employer A will not respond AND H4 will become out of status in that period.
Please advise, should I wait for H4 to be extended and then join Employer B ??
