H1B transfer petition approved but not mailed yet

USCIS case status says the petition has been approved and is in post-decision status. It looks like it will take few days for the approved I797 to be printed and mailed out. I am planning to request the lawyers that once they receive it, to mail the approved I 797 to my address outside US.

Is it OK to travel outside US in this situation? I will return with the approved I 797 and valid visa. Will appreciate any quick response.
