State of Residence for a person in US and coming to India for stamping

Your quick help on the below will be greatly appreciated.
1) I am currently logged into the Stanley website and at the "Country or State of Residence" page.
Now I am currently in the US and doing the procedure from here. I am basically from Mumbai. Now I dont see any option like
"An Indian resident in the US" BUT only all of Indian states.
So is it OK if I select India-Maharashtra??

2) If Ok then the address asked on further pages should be Indian address?

3) Also what about the phone no? They are asking for 2 numbers but I dont have any Indian phone numbers. Is it ok to give my parents no?

2. Yes. Preferable to give the same address where you would like to receive the passport.
3. Yes.
