Fresh H1b and H4 Visa stamping

My wife’s H1b visa has been approved in USCIS in 2013 quota. Now we are planning to go for visa stamping in India (Hyderabad). Please recommend whether she need go for visa stamping with the family (husband and kid) or alone.

Details of the husband:
1. I am working with the MNC company for past 6 years.
2. I got one time H1b Denial on 2009 and two L1 visa denied on 2012.

Please guide us the correct way to go for Visa stamping both H1b and H4.

Note : This is her first US Visa and never traveled to USA before.

If Husband and kid also planning to travel with her now or later on their own H4 visas it is recommended all attend interview together.
