Hi All,

I am currently on my H1-B and planning to change my status to H4.

My husband's employer, has mentioned that we can apply within 30 days of my resignation.

But from the forums, I could find that I should resign, on getting Cos receipt.

Can you please confirm.

Yes, your COS application should be submitted before the last working day of your employment.

Hi All,

Can you please let me know, if my current employer can invalidate my H1-B visa.

I am planning to change my status to H4 and want to move back to H1-B.
