New H1B based on I-140 approval

I have approved I-140 with company A and I am in my 7 th year. I have changed my job to company B and got 3 years H1B extension based on my I-140 approval from company A and company A is not going to revoke my I-140. Now I lost a job with company B and they are going to cancel my H1B may be in 15 days to 1 month time. If you don't find another potential employer who can transfer my H1B within that time frame, will i be able to get H1B extension or new H1B based on my I-140 approval at the later date.
