Hi,
I have 2 queries regarding my H1B approved petition.
1) I was working in Company "A" who sponsored me H1B visa ( they paid CAP fees and all ). The petition got approved. Meanwhile even before stamping I quit Company "A". Is it possible that the Company "A" can make my approved H1B petition invalid or revoke the same since I am no more an employee in company "A" ??
2) I joined Company "B" and they have initiated the H1B petition transfer. Company "A" ( which is now my previous employer ) did not give me I-797 approved form. So, the Company "B" initiated the transfer with existing WAC number. How can I check or keep track of my H1B petition transfer status ??
