    Delay in Premium Processing for H1B transfer

    Hi,
    My H1 visa (Employer A)expires in 5/20/2014.Applied for visa transfer on 4/7/2014 to Employer B in Premium processing.Supposed to get the response in 15 days.Will this process be impacted/delayed due to the visa processing for FY2015? USCIS announced to begin PP by 4/28/2014 for FY2015.
