Changing company in india without transferring visa

If I have stamped H1B visa but I did not travel to US from my sponsoring employer A, what if I change my company in India itself and do not transfer my visa to the new employer B. If at some later point of time(but before A's petition expiry date) I want to travel to US from any employer B,C or D, can I then transfer my H1 from A to any new employer in India.

i am considering the fact that my sponsoring employer A,may or may not revoke my visa after I resign from A without transferring the visa.

Please help
