Can someone solve my confusion

here is a my confusion - I work for company A on H1-B , I got a job from Company B , company B started the H1-B transfer , I got RFE , Now Company B is not showing interset in submitting The RFE document. In between I got another Job from Company C .. what should I do now.

1. Should I ask company B to withdraw my petition so company C can start the process
or
2. Should company C start my H1-B transfer without my previous petition withdrawal

or
3. is it safe to have any employer file the petition irrespective of other petition decision

Company c does not know about my company B petition ..should I tell company C about this.
I am really confuse. what to do.

Did you work for company B? If you are still with company A and getting your payslips properly, You are NOT out of status and you can transfer the petition C.

This is my opinion.
