H1B Transfer - Have new Passport but Lost Old Passport with Visa Stamp

Hi All,

I am looking for an expert advise in my case. I have my H1B Visa , I 94 and I 797 valid till Sep 2015 but lost my Passport with the Visa Stamp.
But I have taken a new Passport from Indian Consulate. I have my I 94 as well. My query is Whether I can initiate an H1B transfer without the stamping? (Since I lost my passport with Visa stamp)
And is there any chances of rejection of transfer for the reason of not having Visa Stamping on Passport?
