Hi,
I have a H1 petition that is valid till the end of July 2014. I have no visa stamped as yet.
1. If I do not get my visa stamping and travel to the US before the petition expiry, will I still be cap exempt post July 2014? Suppose, an opportunity comes up post July 2014, can I use my current petition, get it amended?
2. Can my petition be transferred to a new employer even though I have never traveled to the US (no visa stamped)?
3. If the petition can be transferred to a new employer, should this be done before the expiry or can it be done post expiry as well?
