H1 B Stamping- Changed Status from L1 to H1B Last year, i am in US Now

Moved to US on L1b in 2011
Applied and got approved for H1b in 2013 will 2016.
Currently working as H1b with one client like My employer- Vendor - Client ( Have a layer between my employer and Client)
Want to go for stamping,

Which one is best ? Planning to visit Canada.

Since it is first time, is that okay?
