First post on here, desperately seeking some guidance. I've been on a L1-B with company A in the US for 2 1/2 years after transferring from the UK. Just had a dream job offer from company B after long interview process - but found I've just missed the deadline for 2014 start. I cannot afford to wait until October 2015 to start work for company B.
Is there anything I can do? Any type of VISA that may cover me to work for Company B in the interim?
