My H1B was approved on 2012 but my visa stamping kept on postponing for personal reasons. Now I applied for visa at Delhi India and received 221g. I submitted all documents and after a week I received second 221g. In this second 221g they asked for one document and I could not understand what exactly that document is. Here is exact wording from my 221g-
A copy of the petition with all supporting documents as filed with USCIS. "Original memo submitted to DHS".
Second part (in quote) is handwritten on my 221g. I have already submitted all petition docs as part of my first 221g. I can not find any memo which I ever submitted to DHS.
Any help will be appreciated.
