Please help.
I came to this country in March of 2002 on a visitors visa. I then took a class and liked studying here so decided to pursue a Masters. During my Masters I took a summer off and worked for a company as an intern. after graduation i went back to finish my OPT time with them and they want to now process my H1B. Do I have to go back to India to get an H1 stamp on my passport? What kind of difficulties could I face?
