H1 visa interview urgent doubt

i am going to h1b interview now may 15.

ayithe i have a new title now and pay increased TO 72K negotiation not to leave job.

FULL TIME JOB.

so should i get a new LCA which reflects the new title and salary?

I got my h1b last year. At that time, my position was programmer analyst with 53k pay. After my H1B , I got promoted to sr. prog analyst and increased pay to 73k. This was because they increased salaries thrugh out the company.

I work as full time.

I have my visa interview in iNDIA ON May 15.

Should I get a new LCA that would reflect the new title and pay.

Since my duties are same still programming, I need not get a new amendment of h1? (since its still the same company)
