H1 B Visa Refusal

Hi

I attended for H1b Visa stamping in 2006 in Chennai. My Visa got rejected under section 221 G clause and given me white form.

My Visa got rejected because of employer in india in black listed. Now currently i am working in big MNC from 4 yrs.

Can i apply for H1b visa, if applied what issues i will be faced in Consulate for H1B Visa.

Requesting give me some light on my query.

Every visa application gets recorded in the system. But, one should not overly worry about past rejection. What matters most is, the employer sponsoring the H1B petition and the job offered. As you mentioned that you are employed with a large MNC, your past rejection, while a consideration, does not straight away rule out your chances. Your current employer is bonafide and they are sponsoring you, that should be treated as important. This is how the visa officer at the consulate will view your petition.
