Questions on Filling up the form DS-156

Hi Friends,

I reached US in june 2005 on a H1B visa. My family is going for interview in the first week of Nov at chennai consulate. I have following questions on filling up Ds-156 form.

Questions No: 28 Who will pay for your trip?
What should be the response if my employer pays for the ticket expenses.

Question No: 26 How long do you intent to stay in US
What should be the response -- my I94 expires on Sep 2007. Can my wife say generic answer like "Till my spouse stay in USA" or does she need to be more specific and say Sep 2007.

Another question, Do i need to send the original pay slips for the calander year or just the photocopy will do.

A) Employer pays for the ticket. Usually counslate expects that way.

A) Till the H1 expiry, i.e u can mention as Sep 2007

Question, Do i need to send the original pay slips for the calander year or just the photocopy will do.

A) Safer side send the original copies of the pay stubs.
