7th year H1-B approval with an RFE

Hi Guys,
Thank you in advance for reading this and please advise.

I am on my 7th year H1-B extension with I-140 approved 9-months back. My current H1-B expired yesterday. My H1-B petition was filed on 03/19/2014 in premium processing and got an RFE on 04/08/2014 and the response has been filed and received by USCIS on 05/01/2014. When i tried to find out the reason regarding the RFE, I was told by my company's immigration department that they should not disclose it according to their terms and conditions. However they told me that it is a standard RFE for documents further proving my employer's ability to control my employment. I work with no layers. I am looking out for options that i could try without leaving the country, in case my petition has been denied. Note: I searched online about my I-94 validity and it is expiring on 05/11/2014.
