i completed chartered accountancy and I also have Bachelors degree in commerce. Am I eligible to apply for H1B visa basis my degrees. I want to know whether they count CA as a 4 years' degree or not.
Can you advise what are the ways to get work Visa for a CA. plz help me.

The best way is probably getting an educational evaluation done to see if you hold an equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor's (I know Trustforte is one agency you can use). You just need to email your educational documents to them and ask them to do an educational evaluation to see if you have a degree equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's in Accounting or something.
