company filed extension of h1b visa in sept 2013 got rfe in jan 2014, replied on the date before april 9, 2014, again got rfe on that reply plus noid on previous approved h1b from 2011 to 2013. can you help what to do? they have asked for lot of evidences. during this process can i transfer my h1b to some other company will that help getting visa from fresh?please help.
