Hi All

i have H1B VISA valid upto Oct -2014 on behalf of company A visa stamp. Now i changed to Company B.Still i have I 797 Form.

If I got Direct job in US company, how to process for Visa transfer and travel process. I don't have pay stubs of company A right now and even i don't have pay stubs of new US company also what recently i got job that one.

I have pay stubs of company B only. How to travel to US in this scenario with out pay stubs of Company A.

It is not clear from your post if you are in India or USA.

If you are in India, you do not need paystubs for H1B transfer to direct USA employer. Let the direct employer file for your H1B transfer and get an I797.

If you are already in USA, the employer where you are working - Employer B - their pay stubs would work.
