H1B Transfer with new employer
Hi,
My current employer A had filed H1B which started October 2013. I was in US on F1 visa prior working on OPT for employer A but never on H1B. My employer asked me to work from India office and currently I am working from here. Now I have new offer with employer B and employer B is ready to transfer my H1B visa. I have told Employer B that I am in India for official purposes. The current address on H1B application I mentioned is of US where I stayed. In LCA and I-129 I will be adding respective customer locations. I wish to ask you whether I shall change my current residential address to address of India with employer A Or the residential address does not matter much in the application. I am also going to specify respective working location in LCA. Please help if I shall change my current address or that will not affect the application process. Thank you.
