Hi, my h1b transfer was file on 5/20 and my start date is 06/02. Are there any chances that I'll get the receipt before starting to work? What if I don't get it?

Based on different threads in this forum, looks like USCIS normally sends H1B receipt within 3 to 5 business days.
Keep forum posted for other members' benefit once your receive the H1B receipt. -
